Media

Featured in the Rural Living magazine, the reporter stated that “the TrackGrip design has proved to be a winner, and one which neither John nor anyone else has found a floor with yet. John has extended the idea and modified it for applications in extreme environments such as forestry and ice-covered terrain. After the launch at Field Days, John is now fielding calls from manufacturers and tracked equipment owners the world over.”

So what are TrackGrips like from an operator’s experience. Would they offer a significant improvement? Ken Borg was previously using another variety of traction cleat on his machine and I asked him for his impressions of the TrackGrip. “The traction is just phenomenal. At the end of the first day’s use I was totally convinced”, Ken reported.

Being awarded the Westpac and Taranaki Chamber of Commerce Business Award in 2010 for business innovation and entrepreneurship, along with a formal recognition from the New Zealand National Agricultural Field Days, TrackGrip is set to continue to enjoy the success that comes with delivering a product that brings real benefits to those in the farming, agricultural and civil engineering industries.

Hi all, I have got a set of mightygrips on a ZX-120 and a CAT-312LC mulching on steep hilly country, working on steep slopes 35 to 45 degrees you need to be safe. Not sliding and running out big slides all day. with a mulcher on you can NOT ‘jam it into the ground, to stop’ like you can with a bucket or rake on… they have to be the best value for money, I could NOT make them for what they are. they out walk the digger in sand. 100% I’ll be buying more next winter to have a set for both diggers, as it saves me hours and hours of benching to get to hard steep hill places. thank you john/trackgrip.
